Standard End of Lease Cleaning Exclusions
Our Fair Condition Policy
Our advertised prices assume a reasonably maintained property requiring a normal end of lease clean.
Additional labour may be required for severe oven or kitchen grease, extensive pet hair, heavy bathroom build-up, significant mould, excessive wall marks, large amounts of rubbish, nicotine or smoke residue, long-term cleaning neglect, or unusually large rooms and layouts.
Where additional work is required, we'll explain what we've found and obtain approval before carrying out chargeable work outside the agreed scope.
No surprise additions after the work has already been completed.
House Cleaning Prices
Regular and one-off house cleaning is priced separately from end of lease cleaning.
House cleaning pricing is based on the booked cleaning scope, property size and frequency.
Commercial & Office Cleaning Prices
Commercial and office cleaning is quoted based on the premises, required cleaning scope and service frequency.
Pricing may consider floor area, bathrooms, kitchens, staff and visitor numbers, floor types, cleaning frequency, operating hours, high-touch areas, waste requirements and presentation standards.
Our Inspection-Ready Cleaning Promise
If your property manager identifies an included cleaning item requiring further attention within the applicable rectification period, contact us with the inspection feedback.
Where the issue falls within the cleaning scope we completed, we'll arrange to rectify it at no additional cleaning charge.
The promise does not cover property damage, permanent staining, maintenance issues, worn surfaces, failed silicone or grout, pest issues, excluded services, or new mess created after the clean.
